1. The service
Join Creators helps agencies, brands and creators discover creators, run campaigns and share performance reports. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. You must provide accurate information and have the right to connect the social accounts you link.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break its security, no scraping or reselling of the data shown, and no use that violates the rules of Instagram, Google or other connected platforms.
4. Content and data
Creators keep ownership of their content. Reported figures (reach, views, estimated media value) are estimates based on the data the connected platforms provide and are given for information only.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for indirect losses to the extent permitted by law.
6. Ending use
You may stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
