1. Data we collect

Account data: when you sign in with Google, Facebook or e-mail we receive your name, e-mail address and profile picture. We never receive or store your Google or Facebook password.

Creator data: when a creator connects an Instagram account, we read the profile and content information the creator authorises (profile, posts, reels, stories, insights). Public profile information of creators may also be collected from public sources to build brand shortlists.

Usage data: basic technical logs (pages visited, errors, approximate time) needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use it

To sign you in, to show campaign and performance reports to the brands and agencies you work with, to match creators with campaigns and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing

Data is shown only to the agency team and to the brand contacts that receive a shared report or list link. Our infrastructure providers (hosting, database and file storage) process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account or campaign is active. You can ask us to delete your account and the data connected to it at any time by writing to the address below; we reply within 30 days. You can also disconnect Instagram or Google from your own account settings at any time.

5. Security

Data is stored with encrypted connections and access is limited to authorised team members.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data. For users in Turkey, requests under the KVKK law are handled the same way.
